The base is made of 4 channel steel and the top is 2 x 2 angle steel. The vertical uprights are 1 3/4 11 gauge square steel tubing with 1/2 x 4 square base plates that bolt to the base. The weights rest on heavy recoil springs to prevent weight breakage and absorb shock. All weights slide on 1 solid steel rods that are chrome plated and bolt to the top of the base. Graphite impregnated nylon bushings are strategically located throughout each weight stack for lubrication. All press station lifting arms are attached to the weights by a solid steel link that provides for a direct lift. Pivot points include bronze oil lite bushings for self-lubrication. All pads are 1 foam padding on 1 1/8 wood covered in heavy black vinyl. Features: Leg Press--Resistance up to 835 lb. with a seat that is 15 high to provide back support. Seat has five adjustable positions. Bench Press--Resistance up to 300 lb. Shoulder Press--Up to 300 lb. of resistance and is adaptable to both standing and seated military press. Lat Pulldown--Has resistance to 230 lb. with 1/4 nylon coated cable. Low Pulley--170 lb. of resistance and a solid steel bar with a bushing assembly for smooth rotation. The low pulley cover has two pulleys so as not to wear through the bottom weight. 1/4 nylon coated cable is used. Calf / Squat--Resistance to 370 lb. Lifting arm has protective shoulder pads for comfort. Chinning--A dual position station with a solid steel bar that has grip rails to allow for both narrow and wide positions. Dipping--Bars are 1 solid steel with rubber hand grips and safety supports to prevent bar bending Hip Flexor--Allows vertical abdominal raise for progressive bent knee or straight leg lifts. Sit Up Board--The board has 7 height adjustments, padded foot rollers and a grip handle. The board is reinforced by 1 x 1 angle bracing to prevent breakage.
